Get ready for a thrilling encounter! In just under three weeks, cricket’s most exciting rivalry will be reignited as India and Pakistan face off once again. The much-awaited match is scheduled for November 7th at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground in Hong Kong.
Both nations will compete in the Hong Kong Sixes, a fast-paced, six-a-side cricket tournament. Fittingly, these arch-rivals have been drawn into the same group, guaranteeing another intense battle.
Former Indian wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik has been named as India’s captain for the tournament. He will join his seasoned teammate, R. Ashwin, whose participation in this unique six-a-side format was confirmed earlier. Their combined experience is expected to bolster the Indian squad.
This three-day cricketing extravaganza, running from November 7th to 9th, will feature a total of 12 international teams. These include formidable squads from South Africa, Afghanistan, Nepal, Australia, England, UAE, India, Pakistan, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the home team, Hong Kong. The competition is structured into four distinct groups, promising exciting matchups.

Meanwhile, Abbas Afridi will lead the Pakistan team in the Hong Kong Sixes tournament.
