Breaking down the figures, Mr. Prasantha Kumar detailed that 7,928 cases involved passengers traveling without tickets, 9,034 were for irregular travel (such as traveling in a higher class than booked), and 55 cases pertained to unbooked luggage.

He lauded their unwavering vigilance in tackling unauthorized and irregular travel, which is crucial for maintaining order and ensuring fair usage of railway services.
