The Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) and the Overseas Manpower Company of Andhra Pradesh (OMCAP) have teamed up to launch their ‘Skill International’ program, creating exciting overseas job prospects for skilled homecare nurses in Doha, Qatar.
To qualify for these roles, applicants must be registered nurses holding either a B.Sc. or GNM Nursing degree, coupled with at least two years of professional experience since registration. Candidates should also fall within the age bracket of 21 to 40 years.
This incredible opportunity boasts a tax-free monthly salary of QAR 5,250 (approximately ₹1.2 lakh). Beyond the attractive pay, successful candidates will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including complimentary accommodation, medical facilities, and transportation. The employment deal also covers an employer-sponsored visa, flight costs, and a generous 20 days of annual leave.
The two-year contract involves a commitment of 12 working hours daily, six days a week. While food expenses in Qatar will be the responsibility of the selected nurses, other significant costs are minimized. A one-time service charge of ₹30,000 plus GST applies, and candidates will need to cover approximately ₹70,000 for essential Dataflow verification and the Prometric Exam.
