A distressing incident occurred on Thursday evening when a 21-year-old student was discovered deceased at a hostel located in BN Reddy Nagar. Hayathnagar police have since registered a case to thoroughly investigate the matter.
The individual has been identified as Anil Kumar, a second-year student enrolled in the Para Medical Laboratory program at Vijaya Research in Hayathnagar.
According to reports from a Hayathnagar police officer, Anil Kumar was found to have taken his own life within his hostel room, using a towel and wire, at a time when no one else was present. Concerns arose among his fellow students when he became unresponsive. Upon forcing the door open, they tragically found him hanging and unconscious. He was immediately rushed to a nearby private hospital, where medical professionals sadly pronounced him dead upon arrival. The Hayathnagar police are actively looking into all aspects of the incident to understand the contributing factors.
