A somber discovery was made in the early hours of Thursday, September 25, at Cherlapalli Railway Station, where a 46-year-old man was found deceased on the railway tracks. The individual has been identified as Sararapu Satish Kumar, a resident of Ramnagar Gundu in Hyderabad.
Reports indicate the incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on platform number 4. Investigations have revealed that Satish Kumar, a wholesale fish trader, had recently endured substantial financial setbacks, leading to a profound state of depression. His family had been actively attempting to provide support during this challenging period.
Just days prior, on September 23, Satish Kumar had traveled to Mahabubabad with his wife and children to attend his brother-in-law’s funeral. They returned to Secunderabad the following evening via the Intercity Express. Tragically, upon their arrival at Cherlapalli railway station, he ended his life.
Satish Kumar is survived by his wife and two sons. His body has been transported to Gandhi Government Hospital for a post-mortem examination, and authorities have registered a case as the investigation continues.
