The Tirupati Urban Development Authority (TUDA) has officially opened registrations for its highly anticipated e-auction. Vice-Chairman Shubam Bansal announced on Saturday that prospective buyers can now sign up to bid for commercial shops, modern office spaces, and comfortable residential flats located within the impressive TUDA Towers in Tirupati.
This ambitious project, situated across 3.60 acres near the prominent Annamaiah Circle – a prime location in Tirupati – boasts a substantial built-up area of approximately 7.64 lakh square feet. Developed with a total project cost of ₹345 crore, TUDA Towers represents a significant urban development.
The towers offer convenient and extensive basement parking. The ground and first floors are dedicated to vast commercial spaces, spanning 1.17 lakh square feet, while the second, third, and fourth floors provide 88,000 square feet of modern office space.
Beyond the commercial and office units, TUDA Towers also features 206 residential flats, occupying floors two through twelve. This includes 40 spacious two-bedroom, hall, and kitchen (2BHK) units, 138 generous three-bedroom, hall, and kitchen (3BHK) units, and 28 luxurious four-bedroom, hall, and kitchen (4BHK) units.
N.V. Sreekanth Babu, TUDA Secretary, enthusiastically encouraged all interested individuals and businesses to actively participate in this transparent online auction process.
He further stated, “The successful sale of all units within TUDA Towers is projected to generate an impressive revenue of approximately ₹150 crore. This significant fund will be strategically reinvested to bolster essential infrastructure development across both urban and rural areas falling under TUDA’s jurisdiction.”
S. Sujana, TUDA’s Land Acquisition Officer, detailed the auction schedule: commercial shops and office spaces will go under the hammer on September 26 and 27. The e-auction for residential flats will follow, running from September 29 to October 14.
Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3 lakh for commercial shops or office spaces, and ₹2 lakh for residential flats to be eligible to participate.
