The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has seen an extraordinary influx of donations, receiving a staggering ₹918.6 crore for its various trusts between November 2024 and October 2025. TTD chairman BR Naidu shared that donations have seen a steady increase since he assumed office, with a significant portion coming from both online and offline contributions.

Out of the total amount, ₹579.38 crore was received through online channels, while ₹339.20 crore was collected through offline methods. The Sri Venkateshwara (SV) Annadanam Trust was the largest recipient, garnering nearly ₹339 crore. Following closely was the Srivani Trust, which received over ₹252 crore, and the Sri Balaji Aarogya Varaprasadini Scheme collected around ₹98 crore.

Other trusts that benefited from devotees’ generosity include the SV Pranadana Trust (approximately ₹67 crore), SV Gosamrakshana Trust (over ₹56 crore), SV Vidyadanam Trust (₹33.47 crore), and the Balaji Institute of Surgery, Research & Rehabilitation for the Disabled (BIRRD) Trust (around ₹30 crore). The SV Sarvashreyas Trust also received ₹20.46 crore.

Further contributions were made to the SV Veda Parirakshana Trust (₹13.87 crore), Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC) (₹6.29 crore), and Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) (₹1.52 crore).

Chairman Naidu noted that donors increasingly prefer the convenience of online contributions and are also extending support for crucial temple development projects, including construction, machinery upgrades, and technological advancements.

In recognition of this widespread support, officials have been directed to ensure that donors receive the utmost respect and are provided with excellent facilities. The TTD manages multiple trusts dedicated to various charitable activities, such as providing free meals to pilgrims, supporting education and healthcare initiatives, and preserving Vedic traditions.

The revered Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple in Tirumala is renowned as one of the world’s busiest and wealthiest Hindu shrines, attracting approximately three crore pilgrims annually from across the globe.
