Retired officers from the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) are urgently calling for the intervention of Managing Director Y. Nagi Reddy to ensure the prompt release of their long-awaited pensions.
Members of the TGSRTC Retired Officers Welfare Association have highlighted the severe difficulties their families face in meeting daily expenses when these crucial payments are delayed. The association points to the corporation’s persistent financial challenges as the primary reason for these ongoing delays.
This critical issue was formally brought to attention during the Association’s Annual General Body meeting earlier this year and was also escalated to Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar.
In response, the Managing Director has reportedly requested additional time to thoroughly review their grievances and explore viable solutions, considering the current financial landscape of the organization.
