The latest bulletin from the IMD specifies that these thunderstorms will likely be accompanied by lightning and strong, gusty winds. The affected districts include Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanamkonda, Jangaon, Siddipet, Yadadri Bhongir, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, and Kamareddy. Residents in these areas are advised to stay informed and take necessary precautions.
For Hyderabad and its surrounding areas, the forecast for the next 24 hours predicts a partly cloudy sky. While not under the same severe thunderstorm alert as other districts, the city is still expected to experience light rain or thundershowers, also potentially accompanied by gusty winds. Temperatures in Hyderabad are anticipated to range around 31 degrees Celsius (maximum) and 22 degrees Celsius (minimum), according to the bulletin released on Monday afternoon.
