Telangana is proudly setting the standard for ethical and sustainable industrial growth, as declared by Industries and IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu on Friday. Speaking at the inauguration of JITO Connect 2025, a significant three-day event organized by the Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) Hyderabad Chapter, the Minister extended a warm invitation to entrepreneurs, emphasizing Telangana’s position as one of India’s most favorable states for industrial investment.
“Telangana isn’t passively awaiting the future; it’s actively shaping it,” asserted Mr. Sridhar Babu. He highlighted the state’s abundant opportunities, underpinned by a robust policy framework, advanced infrastructure, and investor-friendly governance. He strongly encouraged business leaders to consider Telangana for investments before looking elsewhere, noting that the state’s thriving innovation ecosystem and administrative efficiency speak volumes about its potential.
The Minister observed that modern industrialists are increasingly prioritizing ethical, inclusive, and sustainable growth over mere incentives or subsidies. He suggested that combining the Jain community’s spirit of ‘seva’ (service) with Telangana’s innovative environment could forge a globally recognized model for ethical and value-driven development. “The true ‘unicorn’ isn’t just a company valued at a billion dollars, but one that positively impacts the lives of a billion people,” he remarked, inspiring young entrepreneurs to pursue innovation with a strong social purpose.
The event was jointly inaugurated by Union Ministers Rajnath Singh and G. Kishan Reddy, alongside Mr. Sridhar Babu. Esteemed personalities including yoga guru Baba Ramdev, BJP State president Ramchander Rao, and prominent leaders of the JITO Hyderabad Chapter were also present on the dais.
