The School Leadership Academy-Kerala (SIEMAT-Kerala) is gearing up to host an important regional seminar for Southern States, beginning November 4. This three-day event, to be held at Hotel Dimora, aims to spotlight innovative educational practices from government and aided schools across Kerala, while also facilitating the adoption of successful models from other participating states.
Minister for General Education, V. Sivankutty, will officially open the seminar on Tuesday, November 4, at 10 a.m. The gathering will see active participation from school leaders, researchers, educators, students, and education advocates representing Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Lakshadweep. Attendees are expected to present compelling case studies, research findings, and successful educational strategies.
The keynote address will be delivered by Shashikala Wanjari, Vice-Chancellor of the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration. General Education Secretary K. Vasuki will preside over the event, with Director of General Education N.S.K. Umesh joining as the chief guest.
