The South Central Railway (SCR) has officially confirmed a change in the terminal station for its popular weekly special trains. Citing operational necessities, the final destination for these services will now be Tiruchanur instead of Tirupati. Passengers are advised to take note of the new arrival and departure schedules, which will come into effect starting this October.
Here’s a detailed breakdown of the revised schedules for the affected special trains:
- Jalna-Tiruchanur/Tiruchanur-Jalna (Train Nos. 07609/07610): Beginning October 13, these trains will arrive at Tiruchanur at 10:45 AM and depart at 3:20 PM.
- Charlapalli-Tiruchanur/Tiruchanur-Charlapalli (Train Nos. 07251/07252): From October 15, these services are scheduled to arrive at Tiruchanur at 8:00 AM and depart at 4:55 PM.
- Nanded-Tiruchanur/Tiruchanur-Nanded (Train Nos. 07015/07016): As of October 11, these trains will reach Tiruchanur at 11:30 AM and depart at 7:50 PM.
- Secunderabad-Tiruchanur/Tiruchanur-Secunderabad (Train Nos. 07009/07010): Starting October 9, these trains will arrive at Tiruchanur by 10:30 AM and depart at 4:40 PM.
- Charlapalli-Tiruchanur/Tiruchanur-Charlapalli (Train Nos. 07017/07018): From October 12, these trains will arrive at Tiruchanur by 11:15 AM and depart at 4:40 PM.
An official release from the SCR has clarified that despite these terminal changes and revised schedules, the timings at all enroute stations will remain consistent. Passengers should plan their journeys accordingly.
