Pune Track Work Highlights: All For Love, Cellini, and Pro Bono Impress with Strong Workouts

The latest track workouts at Pune on Tuesday, October 28th, saw several horses demonstrate impressive form, with All For Love, Cellini, and Pro Bono particularly catching the attention of observers. These early morning exercises provide valuable insights into the readiness and potential of the contenders for upcoming races.

Inner sand workouts revealed the following performances:

600m:

  • Flashman (ridden by Mosin) moved freely, completing the distance in 38 seconds.
  • Jet Typhoon (ridden by Ritesh) also demonstrated a free and unhindered workout, clocking 39 seconds.

800m:

  • Miss American Pie (Parmar) worked well, recording 52 seconds for 800m, with the final 600m in 38 seconds.
  • Cellini (Mosin) was notably impressive, finishing 800m in a brisk 48 seconds and the last 600m in a swift 36 seconds, showcasing excellent condition.
  • Daianne (Bharat) moved freely, covering 800m in 54 seconds and the final 600m in 40 seconds.
  • Two-year-olds Blue Eyed Girl (Yash) and Quicker (Gore) moved level and freely together, clocking 52 seconds for 800m and 38 seconds for 600m.
  • Heaven’s Rhythm (Yash) and Enforcer (N.B. Kuldeep) also worked in tandem, finishing 800m in 52 seconds and 600m in 39 seconds, maintaining a neck-and-neck pace.
  • Big Bay (N.B. Kuldeep) showed good work, completing 800m in 52 seconds and 600m in 38 seconds.
  • Timeless Fortune (Yash) delivered a good workout, finishing 800m in 51 seconds and 600m in 38 seconds.
  • Among the two-year-olds, Pro Bono (N. Bhosale) was a standout, moving exceptionally well and finishing clearly ahead of Menorca (Sandesh), with times of 50 seconds for 800m and 37 seconds for 600m.
  • Amazing Ruler (Merchant) covered 800m in 50 seconds and 600m in 37 seconds, though requiring some urging in the last part of the exercise.

1000m:

  • Leo The Lion (Mustakim) completed 1000m in 1 minute 8 seconds (800m in 53s, 600m in 40s), needing a slight urge towards the end.

1200m:

  • All For Love (Yash) displayed a strong finishing burst, starting five lengths behind Whisper (Mosin) and finishing level. Their recorded times were 1 minute 19 seconds for 1200m (1000m in 1m 5s, 800m in 51s, 600m in 39s).

1600m:

  • Diego Garcia (Santosh) had an easy yet steady workout, completing 1600m in 1 minute 56 seconds (1200m in 1m 26s, 800m in 57s, 600m in 43s).

These track performances offer a promising glimpse into the horses’ current condition and fitness levels as they gear up for their next appearances on the Pune racing circuit.
