VIJAYAWADA — The Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry Federation (AP Chambers) has officially announced the re-election of Potluri Bhaskara Rao as its president for the 2025-27 term. The decision was made during the organization’s Annual General Meeting held on Saturday.
In addition to the presidential re-election, new key office-bearers were appointed. Bahudodda Raja Sekhar has been elected as the executive vice-president, and Ravuri Subba Rao will assume the role of general secretary.
The AP Chambers also saw the election of several zonal vice-presidents and management committee members. S. Akkaiah Naidu was named treasurer. The vice-presidents for various zones include Sidda Sudheer for the central zone, A. Leela Rani for the Visakhapatnam zone, and K.V. Chowdary for the Rayalaseema zone.
The new management committee members elected are M. Mohan Shyam Prasad, K. Lakshmi Narayana, A.V. Subramanyam, P. Venkat Rami Reddy, Chittoori Srinath, J. Subba Rao, P.L. Hanumantha Rao, and Gurjeet Singh Sahni.
During his address, President Potluri Bhaskara Rao emphasized Andhra Pradesh’s significant potential for rapid development. He affirmed that AP Chambers will continue its vital role as a facilitator, strengthening the relationship between industry and government, empowering local entrepreneurs, and championing inclusive economic growth across the state.
