A new chapter has begun for the revered Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Srisailam, as its newly constituted Board of Trustees officially took their sacred oath of office on Monday, October 13, 2025.
The solemn ceremony, held at the Chandravathi Kalyana Mandapam, saw Assistant Commissioner and Deputy Executive Officer E. Chandrasekhar Reddy lead the new members in their vows. Dignitaries present included Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Satya Kumar Yadav, and Adoni MLA, Dr. P.V. Parthasarathi, underscoring the significance of the occasion.
P. Ramesh Naidu was formally sworn in as the Chairman, followed by the other esteemed trustees. Following the oath, all members were blessed with traditional ‘vedashirvachanam’ (Vedic blessings), presented with ‘sheshavastralu’ (sacred cloths), offered ‘prasadam’ (consecrated food), and given mementos to commemorate their appointment.
