The Karnataka Bal Vikas Academy is set to honor its most brilliant Kannada medium students with an exclusive study tour. This exciting opportunity is extended to those who achieved a perfect score of 625 out of 625 in the SSLC examination, as announced by Academy Chairman Sangamesh Babaleshwar.
During the 70th Karnataka Rajyotsava celebrations held at the Academy’s office in Dharwad on Saturday, Chairman Babaleshwar urged all eligible Kannada medium students with 100% SSLC scores to register at the central office by November 14 to secure their spot on this educational journey.
Mr. Babaleshwar emphasized the Academy’s unwavering commitment to nurturing talent, particularly among Kannada medium students and those from rural government schools who have demonstrated exceptional performance across academic and extracurricular pursuits. He underscored a shared responsibility to champion Kannada culture by consistently using the language and reinforcing Kannada medium educational institutions.
He further stressed that safeguarding the rich heritage of Kannada language and land is a collective duty, urging every individual to contribute meaningfully to this vital cause.
The celebrations were attended by several distinguished officials of the Academy, including Annapurna Sangalad, Pushpa Hanjagi, and Subhash Chandaragi, among others.
In a subsequent conversation, Mr. Sangamesh Babaleshwar revealed that the study tour would also include approximately 40 other children who have excelled in diverse fields and won various events organized by the Academy. He expressed the Academy’s intention to expand support and incentives for Kannada medium students in the future, fostering a brighter academic landscape.
