Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently convened with Cristiano R. Amon, the President and CEO of U.S.-based chip-making giant Qualcomm. Following the productive exchange, Prime Minister Modi shared his enthusiasm on a social media platform, stating, “It was a truly wonderful meeting with Mr. Cristiano R. Amon, where we extensively discussed India’s advancements in AI, its vibrant innovation ecosystem, and critical skilling initiatives.”
He further lauded Qualcomm’s unwavering commitment to India’s ambitious semiconductor and AI missions. “It’s inspiring to witness Qualcomm’s dedication to these crucial initiatives. Mr. Amon’s visit to the Prime Minister’s official residence on Friday, October 10, marked a significant step towards strengthening technological collaboration.
