Saturday’s morning workouts in Chennai saw a pair of equine stars, Glorious King and Persian Rock, truly impress onlookers with their exceptional form and fitness.
Outer Sand Track Highlights:
- Sacre Couer, ridden by N. Darshan, clocked a time of 43.5 seconds. The horse showed some resistance but completed the drill effectively.
- Magical Bay, guided by Jitendra Singh, finished in 44.5 seconds.
- Knotty One, also with N. Darshan, looked sharp, completing its run in 44 seconds and shaping up well.
- Queens Cliff, piloted by Jitendra Singh, posted a time of 45.5 seconds.
Inner Sand Track Highlights:
- Kings Guardian (rb) had an easy session, clocking 47.5 seconds.
- Rise Again (M. Bhaskar) and Raffinato (S. Kabdhar) showcased strong combined efforts, working well to finish in 41.5 seconds.
- Asio (A.S. Peter) maintained a relaxed pace, unextended, at 42 seconds.
- Glorious King, under M. Bhaskar, was a sight to behold, demonstrating fine trim with an impressive 39.5-second run.
- See It Thru (rb) was handy and completed its exercise in 42.5 seconds.
