Mark your calendars, Hyderabad! This December, the city will become home to India’s much-anticipated, inaugural Chhota Bheem-themed cafe. Prepare for an unforgettable family outing as two brand-new locations open their doors in Hitech City, brought to life through an exciting collaboration between Green Gold Animation and EBG Group. This innovative concept aims to offer more than just a meal; it’s a complete entertainment and retail destination designed for fans of all ages.
Hyderabad was a natural choice for this groundbreaking launch. As the headquarters for Green Gold Animation, the city boasts a vibrant urban population with a strong connection to the iconic Chhota Bheem character. This initial rollout in Hyderabad is just the first step in a much larger vision: the project plans a rapid expansion with 50 additional outlets across India by 2026, eventually venturing into international markets.
The cafes will be introduced in two distinct styles: a convenient ‘express’ model, perfect for quick visits (measuring approximately 25 x 40 feet), and a more expansive ‘full-scale’ format (around 50 x 40 feet) offering a broader range of activities. Initially, all outlets will operate under a company-owned, company-operated (COCO) structure. While franchise partners will handle the investment, EBG Group will meticulously oversee day-to-day operations, brand management, and staff training to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. The long-term goal is to establish a nationwide network of up to 300 such themed cafes, bringing the magic of Chhota Bheem closer to families everywhere.
