Good news for festive season travelers! The Waltair Division of East Coast Railway (ECoR) has unveiled special train services, offering a dedicated trip between Visakhapatnam and Cherlapalli to help manage the anticipated surge in passenger traffic.
For those heading towards Cherlapalli, Train No. 08541, the Visakhapatnam–Cherlapalli Special, is scheduled to depart from Visakhapatnam at 5:30 p.m. on October 21st, arriving in Cherlapalli by 8:00 a.m. the next morning.
If you’re traveling back, the 08542 Cherlapalli–Visakhapatnam special will depart from Cherlapalli at 3:30 p.m. on October 22nd, reaching Visakhapatnam at 7:00 a.m. the following day.
Passengers can look forward to a comfortable journey, as both special trains will feature a mix of general second class, sleeper, AC-3 Tier, and second class luggage-cum-sitting coaches.
These convenient services include halts at several key stations along the route, such as Duvvada, Anakapalle, Elamanchili, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Nidadavolu, Tanuku, Bhimavaram Town, Akividu, Kaikalur, Gudivada, Vijayawada, Guntur, Sattenapalle, Piduguralla, Nadikude, Miryalaguda, and Nalgonda.
