The auction kicks off on Monday, October 6, 2025, with 22 residential properties going under the hammer. This includes 18 sought-after plots designated for Mid Income Group (MIG) and High Income Group buyers in Chintal (Quthbullarpur), along with four modern flats located in Bachupally.
KPHB Auction Details
On October 7 and 8, attention will turn to the commercial sector with an e-auction of four prime plots within the Kukatpally Housing Board’s (KPHB) Phase I and II. These plots offer significant development potential, with sizes ranging from 726 square yards to a substantial 6,549 square yards, including parcels of 2,397 and 2,420 square yards.
Nampally Opportunities
Housing Board officials further confirmed that a strategically located commercial plot of 1,148 square yards in Nampally will also be part of the online auction on October 8, presenting a lucrative opportunity for businesses.
The auction continues on October 9 and 10, featuring a massive commercial plot in Chintal spanning 10,890 square yards. Simultaneously, various land parcels in Raviryal, part of Maheshwaram mandal, will be up for grabs, including plots measuring 13,503 square yards, 5,953.20 square yards, and 3,630 square yards.
Beyond these specific listings, the Telangana Housing Board has also released notifications for the sale of additional land parcels in other districts, such as Sadhashivpet in Sangareddy, Jugulamba Gadwal, and Nizamabad, signaling a wide array of opportunities for potential buyers.
