The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an urgent warning: thunderstorms are highly likely to sweep across 22 districts in Telangana this Thursday, October 23rd.
The latest bulletin from the IMD indicates that these storms will bring lightning and strong, gusty winds. Residents in isolated areas across several districts should prepare, including Bhadradri-Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanamkonda, Jangaon, Siddipet, Yadadri-Bhongir, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Kamareddy, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, and Jogulamba Gadwal.
For Hyderabad and its neighboring regions, a partly cloudy sky is expected over the next 24 hours. The forecast suggests light rain or thundershowers, accompanied by gusty winds, could hit parts of the city in the evening or at night. Additionally, misty or hazy conditions are probable during the morning and nighttime. Temperatures are projected to hover around 30°C for the maximum and 22°C for the minimum.
