The most recent electoral roll, reflecting all registered voters as of July 1, 2025, is now available on the ECI website. You can access both the draft and final SIR rolls to confirm your inclusion. Additionally, digital e-EPIC cards are ready for download, offering a quick and secure way to carry your voter identification.
The Bihar assembly elections are slated to take place in two phases: November 6 and November 11, with the results expected on November 14.
How to Confirm Your Name on the Voter List:
Follow these easy steps:
- Visit the official Bihar Chief Electoral Officer website at ceoelection.bihar.gov.in or the national Voter Service Portal at voters.eci.gov.in.
- Look for options like “SIR Final Electoral Roll w.r.t. 01.07.2025” or “Download SIR Final Roll”. You can also find district-wise final SIR rolls on the Voter Service Portal.
- Select your district, constituency, preferred language, and roll type.
- Search for your name using your EPIC (Voter ID) number, registered mobile number, or by entering personal details like your name, date of birth, and father’s name.
- Complete the captcha and click ‘Search’.
- If your name appears, you can download the voter list for your specific polling station or constituency.
What to Do if Your Name is Missing or Incorrect:
- If your name is not found on the list, you can add it by filling out Form 6, available on the ECI website homepage.
- If there are errors in your name or other details, use Form 8 for corrections.
Please note that corrections and new entries are accepted up to 10 days before the last date for nominations. For the 2025 Bihar assembly elections, with nominations having closed on October 20, no further changes can be made to the voter ID.

- Go to voters.eci.gov.in/home/e-epic-download or services.india.gov.in.
- Log in using your EPIC number and registered mobile number.
