District Collector Sumit Kumar recently issued a clear directive to government officials: expedite the registration process for the state’s flagship initiative, “Super GST – Super Savings.” This crucial announcement was made on Monday, September 29, 2025.
During his address to the media, the Collector stressed the urgent need to finalize registrations across all administrative tiers, from the district headquarters down to village and ward secretariats. He explicitly instructed officials to promptly access the official State portal and complete the necessary procedures in strict adherence to government protocols.
To ensure smooth implementation and effective oversight, Joint Collector G. Vidyadhari has been designated as the district’s GST coordinator. In this role, she will be responsible for supervising all registration activities at the district, Assembly Constituency, and mandal levels. Furthermore, revenue officials operating at the mandal level will manage registrations within their respective village and ward secretariats.
The Collector also provided an important update regarding the program’s technological component, noting that a dedicated mobile application will become operational only after applicants have successfully completed their online registration. This app is designed to streamline various aspects of the initiative, including event scheduling and comprehensive documentation, such as photo and report uploads.
