Anantapur MLA Daggubati Venkateswara Prasad is stepping up to address critical public health concerns, having recently expressed significant dissatisfaction with the current sanitation conditions in the town’s Circle-II area.
In a decisive move, the MLA, accompanied by Municipal Commissioner Balaswamy, initiated an unannounced morning inspection of the municipal office. During this surprise visit, he meticulously reviewed the attendance records of sanitation workers dedicated to Circle-II. Confronting the persistent complaints about the unsatisfactory cleanliness in the area, Mr. Prasad challenged sanitary inspectors to actively supervise on-the-ground operations every morning, ensuring accountability and immediate action.
His message was clear: Mr. Prasad urged all sanitary inspectors, their contractors, and the hardworking sanitation staff to redouble their efforts. He emphasized the collective responsibility to transform Anantapur into a cleaner, more appealing city, stressing that consistent hard work is essential to achieving this vision.
