Mr. Kanna Babu reiterated that Amaravati is destined to be the administrative heart of Andhra Pradesh, setting unprecedented standards in urban design, environmental sustainability, and overall liveability.
The three-day festival, organized by the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Central Zone under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, served as a platform to showcase these ambitious plans.
Among the impressive models displayed were the Legislative Assembly, the High Court, a towering 50-storey Secretariat, various HoD Towers, the GAD Complex, and integrated metro lines, alongside other significant landmark projects. The Commissioner proudly stated that each of these structures is meticulously designed to embody transparency, efficiency, and a spirit of innovation.
Furthermore, the CRDA Commissioner elaborated on Amaravati’s comprehensive master plan, which thoughtfully incorporates expansive green spaces, efficient public transport networks, and advanced digital infrastructure. This holistic approach ensures the city’s development as a dynamic hub for both governance and sustainable living.
