The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), through its Greater Hyderabad City secretary Prithvi Teja, has called for a thorough and impartial inquiry into the deeply concerning death of Sahastranshu Pandey, a law student at NALSAR University.
In an official statement, Teja highlighted that the circumstances surrounding the student’s death appear suspicious. He pointed out that the body was reportedly moved without a formal case being registered, and the university subsequently declared an unprecedented 12-day holiday. These actions, he stated, raise significant questions regarding transparency and accountability within the institution.
The ABVP insists that a formal case must be filed, classifying the death as suspicious, and that a full, transparent investigation should commence immediately to uncover the truth.
