Hyderabad: A significant milestone in Telangana’s educational landscape was achieved recently as Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka (Danasari Anasuya) officially laid the foundation stone for the Sammakka Sarakka Central Tribal University in Mulugu. This ceremony initiated the construction of an impressive 8.4-kilometer compound wall, designed to secure the university’s vast 337-acre campus.
The momentous event drew several key dignitaries, including P. Balram Naik, the Member of Parliament representing Mahabubabad, and G. Nagesh, the Member of Parliament from Adilabad, who joined Minister Seethakka to mark the occasion. Mulugu Collector Divakara TS was also present, along with Vice-Chancellor Y.L. Srinivas, who presided over the proceedings, emphasizing the region’s commitment to fostering advanced educational opportunities for its tribal communities.
