The Andhra Pradesh government has officially established special committees to handle any complaints or objections concerning the DSC-2025 selection list, which was released on September 15, 2025. This move aims to ensure a fair and transparent process for all applicants.
M. Venkata Krishna Reddy, the convenor of DSC-2025, explained the structure of these new committees. For positions at the district level (under specific zones), a dedicated zonal committee has been formed. Each zonal committee will include the respective Zonal Regional Joint Director of School Education (RJDSE) and two District Educational Officers (DEOs) from that zone. For roles at the Zonal or State level, a State Level Grievance Redressal Committee, composed of three senior state-level officers, has been appointed.
These newly constituted Zonal and State-level committees are tasked with resolving all received complaints and objections within a strict 15-day timeframe.
Candidates who find themselves unsatisfied with a Zonal Committee’s decision have the option to escalate their appeal to the State Level Committee. Furthermore, if a candidate remains unconvinced by the State Level Committee’s resolution, they can submit a final appeal to the Final Appellate Authority, which is the Commissioner of School Education. All such final appeals are guaranteed to be addressed within 30 days, and the decision rendered by the Final Appellate Authority will be considered conclusive and legally binding.
It is crucial for candidates with any complaints or objections regarding their selection to submit them to the relevant Zonal or State Level Grievance Redressal Committees by October 25, 2025. Submissions received after this deadline will unfortunately not be considered.
Regarding the submission process, candidates are required to send a printed hard copy of their complaint or objection to the appropriate committee. In addition, the exact same complaint or objection must also be sent via email to the respective committee’s designated address.
The email addresses for the zonal level grievance committees are: mdscgrievances.z1@apschooledu.in, mdscgrievances.z2@apschooledu.in, mdscgrievances.z3@apschooledu.in, and mdscgrievances.z4@apschooledu.in. For the State Level Committee, candidates should use mdscgreivances.state@apschooledu.in. Finally, for a Final Appeal to the Appellate Authority, the email address is mdscappellateauthority@apschooledu.in.
