In a significant move, BJP President J.P. Nadda officially announced the appointment of key election strategists for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections on Thursday, September 25, 2025. Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and C.R. Paatil, along with U.P. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Maurya, have been tasked with leading the party’s campaign efforts in Bihar, where polls are slated for November.
Further expanding the party’s electoral outreach, Nadda also named Baijayant Panda and Union Minister Muralidhar Modhol as the election in-charges for the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
For West Bengal, Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav and Tripura Member of Parliament Biplab Deb will assume responsibilities as the election in-charges.
These strategic appointments come in preparation for the Assembly elections scheduled for 2026 in both Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, highlighting the BJP’s proactive approach to state-level politics.
