Later that day, Mr. Radhakrishnan is also scheduled to meet and engage with representatives from the Federation of Indian Coir Exporters Associations (FICEA) in Kollam, highlighting the importance of local industries.
The following day, November 4th, the Vice-President’s itinerary includes a visit to the renowned Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST) in Thiruvananthapuram. This vital institution, operating under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, is celebrated for its commitment to exceptional patient care, pioneering technology development with industrial impact, and impactful health research addressing critical societal needs.
