This decision came after a series of three thorough inspections conducted at 3 p.m., 4 p.m., and finally at 4:45 p.m. Following the last assessment, Tournament Director Hiten Joshi officially announced the day’s washout, much to the disappointment of eager spectators. To make up for the lost play, an expanded schedule of 16 matches is now planned for Tuesday, with games set to commence from noon across all three outside courts.
