Hyderabad was abuzz with anticipation as Governor Jishnu Dev Varma made an impactful visit to Kaveri University and Kaveri Seeds Company on Saturday. His visit aimed to observe firsthand the significant strides, remarkable achievements, and innovative research and development (R&D) initiatives being undertaken by both prominent institutions. He was accompanied by esteemed dignitaries, including University Chancellor G.V. Bhaskar Rao and Vice-Chancellor Dr. V. Praveen Rao.

The extensive tour included a detailed inspection of various state-of-the-art laboratories, focusing on key areas such as Entomology, Pathology, Soil Science, Breeding, and Physiology. A significant highlight was an exhibition showcasing a diverse array of groundbreaking technologies and innovations developed by the university’s students. These included impressive demonstrations of drone technology, robotics, advanced 3D printing, immersive Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) models, and numerous other agricultural breakthroughs, all designed to shape a more innovative and sustainable future.
