In a striking development, the banned CPI (Maoist) organization has reportedly issued a letter, allegedly penned by its official spokesperson, Abhay. This communiqué vehemently denounces two of its recently surrendered Central Committee members, Mallojula Venugopal Rao (also known as Sonu) and Ashanna (alias Satish), labeling them as ‘traitors.’
The letter, which has been making rounds on social media, dramatically accuses Sonu and Satish of a profound betrayal of the revolutionary movement. It claims they surrendered to security forces, taking with them weapons that the organization considers belonging to its ‘revolutionary people.’
However, police officials have cautioned that the veracity of this letter, and its origin, remains unconfirmed, adding a layer of uncertainty to these serious allegations.
