The assembly took place on Sunday at the BES Higher Secondary School in Noorani, marking a continued commitment to his leadership.
Alongside Mr. Vasudevan’s re-election, a new slate of dedicated office bearers was chosen to steer the society for the upcoming term. Notably, N.N. Krishnan was appointed as the new secretary, while B. Jayarajan took on the role of vice-president. R. Vaidyanathan will serve as the joint secretary, and N.V. Sivaramakrishnan was entrusted with the responsibilities of treasurer.
The successful meeting was presided over by Mr. Vasudevan, where Mr. Krishnan presented a comprehensive report on the society’s activities and future plans. Key decisions from the gathering included preparations for two major celebrations: the upcoming silver jubilee of the BES Bharati Theeratha Vidyalaya located in Kallekkad, and the impressive centenary celebration of the Lakshmi Nilayam Sanskrit UP School in Nenmara. These planned events highlight the society’s enduring legacy and its vital role in promoting education within the community.
