Kalvakuntla Kavitha, president of Telangana Jagruthi, has announced an ambitious four-month statewide outreach program named ‘Jagruthi Janam Bata‘. Kicking off on October 25, 2025, and concluding on February 13, 2026, the tour will see Ms. Kavitha dedicating two days to each of Telangana’s 32 districts.
During a press conference held in Hyderabad on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, Ms. Kavitha emphasized that many crucial issues continue to challenge Telangana, even years after its formation as a separate state. She highlighted her vision for a Telangana where every citizen enjoys equal opportunities, respect, and prosperity.
Ms. Kavitha firmly believes that true solutions to these challenges can only emerge from direct conversations with the people. “Achieving this vision,” she stated, “requires engaging with women, farmers, youth, intellectuals, and various other community members. These discussions can’t be confined to Hyderabad; they must happen in every village.”
She reiterated the core philosophy behind her extensive tour: “Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that the benefits of progress reach the youth, women, and farmers at the grassroots level. To truly understand their needs and aspirations, we must go directly to them. This is the driving force behind our four-month ‘Jagruthi Janam Bata‘ initiative, where we will spend dedicated time in each district.”
