A promising opportunity has opened for nursing professionals from Andhra Pradesh as 27 registered nurses have been successfully shortlisted for overseas employment with Doha Care Services W.L.L in Qatar. This significant recruitment drive was a collaborative effort between the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), the Overseas Manpower Company Andhra Pradesh (OMCAP), and recruitment partner 2COMS.
The interviews, held at the OMCAP office in Vijayawada, saw a total of 61 aspiring candidates. Out of this pool, 27 highly skilled nurses were selected, marking a major step towards international career growth for these individuals. The selected candidates are offered a two-year employment contract in Doha, Qatar, accompanied by an attractive monthly salary of QAR 5,250, which translates to approximately ₹1.2 lakh.
D. Manohar, the Executive Director of the Skill Development Corporation and General Manager of OMCAP, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the successful candidates. He emphasized that this initiative is poised to create invaluable global career pathways for nursing professionals from Andhra Pradesh, significantly boosting international employment prospects and fostering skill development within the region.
