The Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (AIMSR) proudly held its graduation ceremony on Saturday, commemorating the academic milestones of its 2019 undergraduate and 2021 postgraduate batches.
Esteemed dignitaries, including Dr. B.S. Murty, Director of IIT Hyderabad, and Dr. P.V. Nanda Kumar Reddy, Vice Chancellor of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, graced the event to confer MBBS and MD/MS degrees upon the deserving students.
A total of 100 undergraduate students and 34 postgraduate students received their coveted degrees. Among the bright minds honored, Dr. Anudeep Subba Rao and Dr. G. Navya Reddy from the Department of Psychiatry achieved remarkable success, securing the 3rd and 5th university ranks, respectively.
Special accolades were also presented to outstanding students. Afreen Begum was awarded the prestigious Dr. Pratap C Reddy’s Gold Medal and the Dr. K.V.R. Prasad Memorial Gold Medal for being the best outgoing undergraduate student. Dr. Anudeep Subba Rao also received the Dr. Pratap C Reddy’s Gold Medal, this time for his exceptional performance as the best outgoing postgraduate student.
The ceremony was further graced by the presence of Dr. Sangita Reddy, Joint Managing Director of Apollo Hospitals Group, along with Dr. K. Manohar, Dean, and Aparna Reddy, Chief Operating Officer, who joined in celebrating the graduates’ pivotal achievement.
