On Thursday morning, October 2, the Bengaluru track came alive with the impressive performances of three notable horses: Aldgate, Goddess Of War, and Czar. Their morning exercise routines showcased their promising form and left a strong impression.
Inner Sand Workouts:
600m: Shining Pearl, ridden by B. Paswan, completed the distance effortlessly in 40.5 seconds, displaying remarkable ease.
1000m: Agape, under B. Paswan, and Blazing Flame, guided by Asirvatham, posted identical times of 1-8.5 overall and 40.5 for the final 600m, concluding their drills in perfect unison. D Fronx (B. Paswan) and Aquamatic (Asirvatham) also demonstrated good form, clocking 1-7.5 with the last 600m in 40 seconds. Fiery Love, with Antony aboard, was in excellent condition, finishing in 1-8.5 and 40.5 for the last 600m. Hidden Dreams (rb) truly caught the eye, completing 1000m in 1-7 (with 600m in 40) after an initial 1-22. Vivaldi, with Hindu S, showed good promise, covering 1000m in 1-8 (last 600m in 41) after 1-22.
Outer Sand Workouts:
600m: Master Way, ridden by Asirvatham, moved freely to finish in 46.5 seconds. Waves Of Wonder (Rozario) and Raffles (rb) both performed capably, clocking 45.5 seconds.
1000m: Lady Invictus (rb) exhibited an impressive stride, completing the distance in 1-14, with a final 600m in 43.5 seconds. Monteverdi (Hindu S) worked comfortably, clocking 1-15 (last 600m in 45). Sassy Sarah (Antony) demonstrated good form, finishing in 1-16 (last 600m in 45), while Star Of India (D. Patel) made light work of the drill, achieving 1-16 (last 600m in 46).
1200m: Aldgate, ridden by Antony, put on a magnificent display, clocking 1-29 overall, with a sharp 1-10 for 1000m and 41 for the final 600m. Goddess Of War, also under Antony, was particularly eye-catching, completing 1200m in 1-24.5 (1000m in 1-9.5, 600m in 42). Refreshment (Girish) worked easily, finishing in 1-31 (1000m in 1-15.5, 600m in 45.5). Czar, guided by Mudassar, performed pleasingly, recording 1-30 (1000m in 1-14.5, 600m in 43).
1400m: Channagide (Asirvatham) took a relaxed pace, easing up to complete the 1400m in 1-47, with the last 600m taking 57 seconds.
