While the exact theme for this weekend’s update is still under wraps, it’s highly anticipated to bring exciting new features to the Event space within your garden. Get ready for fresh rewards, new seeds, adorable pets, valuable quality-of-life improvements, and even dynamic weather conditions!
Interestingly, during a past Admin Abuse event, a moderator named Jhailatte hinted that the developers are planning to “release some more long-term content soon.” This could mean a continuation of evolving seeds and season pass features from previous weeks, or perhaps entirely new, permanent gameplay additions are on the horizon. Exciting times ahead for gardeners!
Current Grow A Garden event
The current Grow A Garden event, the ‘Chubby Chipmunk’ update, launched on Saturday, October 4, at 10 AM ET / 7 AM PT and will run for one week. This delightful event features a special area in the map’s center where you can claim a free Chubby Chipmunk pet! Place it in your garden, and it will periodically feed, causing an Acorn to spawn on the map. Collect these Acorns for a chance at these fantastic rewards:

For the best experience, we strongly recommend playing during this hour on a private server or one with very few players. This helps avoid issues where other players’ overgrown plants might cover valuable information or block your progress in giveaways. For instance, during a ‘Find the Pet’ weather effect, if a pet is hidden inside someone’s colossal Briar Rose, you could miss out on a free rare pet! Also, consider sticking around a little longer after the main Admin Abuse event, as there’s often an encore with even more giveaways and unexpected weather effects.
