Get ready for the Wuthering Waves 2.7 update! The event banners will showcase brand-new five-star characters: Galbrena (wielding Fusion Pistols) and Qiuyan (a master of Havoc Sword). In addition to these exciting new arrivals, popular five-star characters will also be returning for reruns. Phase one will feature Lupa (Fusion Broadblade), followed by Zani (Spectro Gauntlets) in phase two.
You can also expect increased drop rates for several four-star characters. Phase one includes Sanhua (Glacio Sword), Mortefi (Fusion Pistol), and Lumi (Electro Broadblade). Phase two will bring boosted rates for Yangyang (Aero Sword), Danjin (Havoc Sword), and Taoqi (Havoc Broadblade).
The 2.7 weapon banners will introduce Lux & Umbra (Pistol) and Emerald Sentence (Sword), the signature five-star weapons for Galbrena and Qiuyan respectively. Keep an eye out for Wildfire Mark (Broadblade) and Blazing Justice (Gauntlet) as well. Four-star weapon boosts in phase one include Novaburst (Pistol), Fusion Accretion (Rectifier), and Helios Cleaver (Broadblade). What Are the Current Wuthering Waves Banners?
Currently, Wuthering Waves features the ‘Across Time’s Waxes and Wanes’ and ‘Through Verses and Rhythms’ banners. These highlight the five-star characters Iuno (an Aero Gauntlet user) and Ciaccona (wielding an Aero Pistol). Players will also find increased pull rates for the four-star characters Aalto (Aero Pistol), Baizhi (Glacio Rectifier), and Taoqi (Havoc Broadblade).
For weapons, the ‘Absolute Pulsation’ banner showcases Moongazer’s Sigil (Gauntlet) and Woodland Aria (Pistol), the signature five-star weapons for Iuno and Ciaccona. Additionally, there are boosted drop rates for four-star weapons including Relativistic Jet (Pistol), Celestial Spiral (Gauntlet), and Fusion Accretion (Rectifier).

A Look at the Next Wuthering Waves Banners
Following the current cycle, the next Wuthering Waves banners, titled ‘From Ashes’ and ‘Roar of Triumph,’ will introduce the five-star characters Galbrena (wielding Fusion Pistols) and Lupa (a master of Fusion Broadblade).
Players can also anticipate enhanced pull rates for the four-star characters Sanhua (Glacio Sword), Mortefi (Fusion Pistol), and Lumi (Electro Broadblade).

Wuthering Waves Permanent Banners: Always Available
Beyond the rotating event banners, Wuthering Waves also offers permanent banners for both characters and weapons. These banners feature a consistent pool of items, and while they maintain similar pull rates to limited-time banners, they don’t include the ’50/50′ guarantee for specific featured characters or weapons.
The permanent character banner, known as ‘Tidal Chorus,’ features these five-star characters:

- Encore (Fusion, Rectifier)
- Jianxin (Aero, Gauntlet)
- Lingyang (Glacio, Gauntlet)
- Verina (Spectro, Rectifier)
New players have a special opportunity with the ‘Novice Convene’ banner, which offers a 20% discount on pulls. This banner is available until you successfully acquire your first five-star character. After that, it’s replaced by the ‘Beginner’s Choice Convene’ banner, allowing you to select a specific five-star character to wish for, though without the initial discount.
Similarly, the permanent weapon banner provides consistent pull rates, but with the added benefit of letting you choose your desired five-star weapon, reducing reliance on pure luck. The permanent weapon banner includes these five-star weapons:
