Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these apprentice positions, candidates must have successfully passed their 10th grade (Matriculation) with at least 50% marks in the 10+2 system from a recognized board. Additionally, applicants must possess an ITI certificate in a relevant trade, which should be affiliated with NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training).
The age requirement for applicants is between 15 to 24 years old, as of March 23, 2026. There might be age relaxations for certain categories as per government rules.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be purely merit-based. A merit list will be prepared by calculating the average percentage of marks obtained in both the Matriculation examination (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) and the ITI examination. Both scores will be given equal weightage in the evaluation process.
Application Fee
A nominal application fee of ₹100/- is applicable for general category candidates. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities)/Women categories are exempted from paying any application fee.
