Upasana Kamineni, a prominent businesswoman, recently shared her approach to managing her busy professional life alongside her role as a mother to her two-year-old daughter, Klin Kaara, with husband Ram Charan. In a candid conversation, she revealed her conscious decision to protect her daughter from constant media attention and online visibility.
When asked about their plans for Klin’s exposure, Upasana expressed the challenges and uncertainties of parenting in today’s rapidly evolving world. “The world is a place that’s changing so rapidly and few incidents scare us as parents, but we also want to give a child the freedom to live,” she remarked. She acknowledged the effort involved in keeping Klin out of the public eye, such as covering her face at airports, and admitted to not knowing if they are doing the ‘right thing,’ but stated, “for now, we are happy where we are.”
Beyond her family life, Upasana has successfully forged her own identity, actively participating in community outreach and managing her family’s extensive medical business. She embraces all the labels people associate with her, viewing them as a sign of love and responsibility rather than a burden.
