In a recent press release, Realme detailed the GT 8 Pro’s innovative camera system, promising high-quality and adaptable photography. It will incorporate an ultra-high transparency lens group, designed to meet Ricoh GR optical standards. This advanced lens technology aims to deliver superior anti-glare performance, sharper images, and significantly reduced distortion.
The smartphone will introduce a dedicated Ricoh GR Mode, offering a rapid-start interface for quick captures. Adding further creative control, Realme’s GT 8 Pro will feature five Classic Ricoh GR Tones, including Standard, Positive Film, Negative Film, Monotone, and High-Contrast B&W. Users can personalize these tones even further with the Customised Tone feature, tailoring effects to perfectly match their artistic vision.

Furthermore, leaks indicate that the Realme GT 8 Pro might include a 50-megapixel 1/1.4-inch Sony LYT-808 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), and potentially a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 ultrawide lens. The device is anticipated to house a substantial 7,000mAh battery with blazing-fast 120W wired charging support. Expected enhancements also include an IP69 rating for robust dust and water resistance, an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and improved haptics and speaker performance.
