Exciting news for job seekers! The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced a recruitment drive to fill 650 Assistant posts. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official RBI website at rbi.org.in.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these positions, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is required (a pass class is sufficient for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). Additionally, proficiency in word processing on a PC is essential.
The age requirement for applicants is between 20 and 28 years. Candidates born between February 2, 1998, and February 1, 2006, inclusive, are eligible to apply.
Selection Process
The selection process involves a preliminary examination, a main examination, and a language proficiency test. The preliminary exam consists of 100 questions worth 100 marks and has a duration of 60 minutes. The main examination comprises 200 questions totaling 200 marks and lasts for 135 minutes. Candidates who successfully clear the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear for the main examination. Those provisionally shortlisted from the main examination will then need to undergo a Language Proficiency Test (LPT), which will be conducted in the official or local language(s) of the respective state. Candidates must clear each part of the objective tests separately.
Examination Fee
The examination fee is ₹50/- plus 18% GST for candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen categories. For General, OBC, and EWS categories, the fee is ₹450/- plus 18% GST. Payment must be made online. For more comprehensive details, please refer to the official RBI website.
