Actress Rashmika Mandanna, fresh off the success of her latest film Thamma, has expressed her admiration for South Indian superstar Prabhas. Having previously worked with prominent figures like Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and Allu Arjun, Rashmika revealed that Prabhas is the actor she most desires to collaborate with next.
During a recent ‘Ask Me Anything’ session on Twitter, a fan posed a question about the possibility of Rashmika working with Prabhas, playfully stating, “Possible to work vth India’s Biggest Superstar #Prabhas? If it happens please collect my body in theatre my Rashuuu.”
Rashmika responded with enthusiasm, sharing, “😆😆😆😆🩷 I love it.. I hope Prabhas sir see’s this message and I hope we really do work together on something special soon! 🩷”
Previously, there were reports suggesting that Rashmika was being considered for a role alongside Prabhas in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film ‘Spirit’. However, the part was eventually given to Tripti Dimri, who had also co-starred with Rashmika in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film ‘Animal’.
Rashmika had a packed 2025 with her upcoming projects, including ‘Chhaava’, ‘Sikander’, and ‘Kuneraa’. She garnered positive reviews for her performance in ‘Thamma’, a horror-comedy directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Maddock Films. This film is part of the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, which includes ‘Stree’, ‘Bhediya’, ‘Munjya’, and ‘Stree 2’. The movie features Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Paresh Rawal in lead roles. ‘Thamma’ follows the story of Alok Goyal (Ayushmann), a reporter who falls for Tadaka (Rashmika) during a hiking trip, only to discover her connection to a hidden world of vampiric creatures. The next film in this universe is ‘Shakti Shalini’, starring Aneet Padda.
