Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced a recruitment drive to fill 750 Local Bank Officer (LBO) positions. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official PNB website, pnb.bank.in.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these roles, candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a university or institution recognized and approved by the Government of India.
It’s important that candidates possess their degree certificate or marksheet, indicating they are a graduate by the registration date. They must also specify their graduation percentage during the online application process.
The age requirement for applicants is between 20 and 30 years.
Selection Process
The selection for Local Bank Officer posts will involve a four-stage process:
- Online Written Test
- Screening
- Language Proficiency Test
- Personal Interview
Please note that there is a negative marking system for incorrect answers, with one-fourth of the marks deducted for each wrong response. Candidates need to achieve minimum qualifying marks of 40% for the General/EWS category and 35% for reserved categories in each section of the written test.
Application Fee
The application fee is ₹1180 for all candidates. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories are required to pay a fee of ₹59.
