Adding to the excitement, details about the OnePlus 15’s battery size and charging capabilities have also surfaced.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 15 will operate on Android 16-based ColorOS 16, driven by the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Design-wise, the phone is expected to launch in a distinctive “Original Dune” colorway.
For photography enthusiasts, the OnePlus 15 is rumored to feature an impressive triple rear camera system. This setup is expected to include a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel secondary camera, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. Powering this device could be a massive 7,300mAh battery, complemented by blazing-fast 120W wired charging and convenient 50W wireless charging. The handset is also anticipated to sport a generous 6.7-inch screen and come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus Ace 6 is also rumored to pack a punch with a 165Hz refresh rate display and 1.5K resolution. It is expected to be fueled by a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, potentially offering configurations with up to 16GB of RAM and a colossal 1TB of internal storage. A hefty 7,800mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support is also on the cards, along with an ultrasonic fingerprint reader for enhanced security.
