Nothing has officially launched its newest mid-range smartphone, the Phone 3a Lite, globally. This exciting addition to the Nothing Phone 3a series is driven by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, coupled with 8GB of RAM and storage options up to 256GB. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate its triple-rear camera system, featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. The device also supports 33W wired fast charging through a USB Type-C cable. Set to go on sale in select markets today, the Phone 3a Lite will be available in two distinct color options directly from Nothing’s official website.

The Nothing Phone 3a Lite kicks off with a price tag of EUR 249 (approximately Rs. 25,600) for its entry-level model, which includes 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. For customers in the UK, this identical model is priced at GBP 249 (roughly Rs. 29,000). If you’re looking for more space, the premium variant with 256GB of storage is available at EUR 279 (around Rs. 28,700), or GBP 279 (approximately Rs. 32,500) in the UK.

Starting today, this innovative device will be available for purchase in White and Black finishes across select markets. The 128GB storage configuration of the Nothing Phone 3a Lite can be found through Nothing’s online store and various retail partners, while the larger 256GB variant will be exclusively sold on the company’s website.

The Nothing Phone 3a Lite arrives as a dual-SIM 5G smartphone, operating on Nothing OS 3.5, built upon Android 15. Nothing assures users three years of significant Android version updates and a generous six years of security patches. Its visual experience is delivered by a stunning 6.77-inch Full-HD+ (1,080×2,392 pixels) Flexible AMOLED display, offering an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, an impressive peak HDR brightness of 3,000 nits, and a sharp 387ppi pixel density. With a 1,000Hz touch sampling rate, support for 1.07 billion colors, and 2,160Hz PWM dimming, the display promises smooth and vibrant interactions.

Under the hood, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite is equipped with a powerful octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM. Users will enjoy up to 256GB of internal storage, further expandable by an impressive 2TB via a MicroSD card slot. A standout feature is the unique Glyph Light notification indicator, elegantly placed on the rear panel.

In terms of photography, the Phone 3a Lite boasts a versatile triple-rear camera setup. Leading the pack is a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 1/1.57-inch Samsung unit with an f/1.88 aperture, enhanced by both Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS) for steady shots. Complementing this is an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera (f/2.2) that captures a broad 119.5-degree field of view.

While specific details about the third rear camera are still under wraps, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite features a 16-megapixel (f/2.45) selfie camera on the front, neatly integrated into a sleek hole-punch display cutout.

Video capabilities on the Nothing Phone 3a Lite are robust, offering 4K recording at 30 frames per second, 1080p at up to 60fps, and 1080p slow-motion at 120fps. It comes with the TrueLens Engine 4.0, providing advanced features like Motion Capture, Portrait Optimizer, and a dedicated Night Mode for enhanced photography.

Connectivity options are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, and OZSS. For security, an in-display fingerprint sensor is present, alongside an accelerometer, electronic compass, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor. The Phone 3a Lite is built to last with an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance, and features durable Panda Glass on both its front and back.

Keeping the device powered throughout the day is a large 5,000mAh battery, supported by 33W wired fast charging. It even offers 5W wired reverse charging, allowing you to power up other small devices. The handset boasts a sleek profile, measuring 164x78x8.3mm and weighing approximately 199g.
