Nehal Chudasama may have exited the Bigg Boss 19 house, but her relationships with fellow contestants Farhana Bhatt and Baseer Ali continue to be a topic of discussion. During her final week in the house, while her friendship with Farhana took a downturn, a romantic spark ignited between Nehal and Baseer.
Reflecting on managing these contrasting situations simultaneously, Nehal shared, “It was very confusing as a human. While Farhana and I were drifting apart, there were times I wanted to help her, considering myself an elder sister to her. But I felt helpless and sad. I wanted to be there for her when she was alone, and it would pull me into a dark place. Baseer, however, would notice this and encourage me to pick myself up. He would cheer me up, essentially pulling me out of that low point when I was spiraling down.”
When asked if the connection with Baseer is worth pursuing, Nehal expressed her go-with-the-flow nature. “We’ve been friends since the beginning. Even during my first argument with Abhishek (Bajaj) over chicken, Baseer was right there with me. Yes, we’ve had disagreements, but we always found our way back to friendship,” she stated.
Addressing whether the attraction was genuine or a product of the confined environment, Nehal responded, “While it happened in a confined setting, the friendship is real. I wouldn’t mind exploring it outside. I’m keen to know him better as a person, beyond just his persona inside the house.”
She added, “I don’t discard people easily. I can’t understand why anyone would. Just because the show is over doesn’t mean everything ends. Our friendship was good, and if you’ve known someone to a certain extent, why not get to know them better? Who knows, maybe a deeper friendship for a lifetime could blossom.”
